Certified Destruction
Many of our customers manufacture parts for the automotive and aerospace industries and naturally, there is an inherent amount of obsolete or defective parts manufactured, which require certified destruction that leaves an audit trail. This service was established to prevent the sale and trade in illegal, defective, or dangerous parts under the liability of our suppliers. Many of our clients maintain strict guidelines for the destruction and mutilation of defective and obsolete parts. We are prepared to meet these stringent requirements and when required, will supply the client with a certificate of destruction bearing the utmost confidence.
Multiple techniques are employed to ensure the destruction of parts to the most stringent specifications, and a certificate of compliance is supplied to the client with visual proof of the destruction. Parts are prepared and destroyed by an inspection team beyond the point of resale. Photographic evidence (including that of any relevant identification marks) is taken before during and after the process to ensure the destruction has not been falsified. The parts are then put through our recycling and material reclamation process and are then sold back into the steel-making process as a raw material. Parts are completely destroyed and cannot in any way be used in a way that could harm our suppliers.
